Cycles Of Naure

Milan-based artist Marco Mazzoni works nearly solely with tinted pencils to conceive intricate drawings that depict the circuits of nature and worlds founded heavily in Italian folklore. One of his most frequent topics are drawings of flora and fauna who seem to be consuming or dwelling on top of the face of a woman whose eyes we not ever glimpse. The creative person states he attentively does not depict the eyes so the viewer doesn’t address the artwork a portait, but instead a still life where all components have equal importance.
