Ink, Tea and Alcohol Portraits by Carne Griffiths

Creative person Carne Griffiths has just debuted a mighty new set of work for his show unseen Lines at overhead Second Gallery in Hong Kong. The attractively untidy portraits are made with accepted components like calligraphy ink and graphite but he furthermore drips liquid up on his works like herbal tea and alcohol. Of course, we're not conversing about the kind of alcoholic beverage you'd find in your surgery cabinet but the kind you'd find at your local bar like brandy, vodka, gin and whiskey.
