Realistic Still Life Paintings
Roberto Bernardi was born in Todi (Italy) on the 18th of May 1974. He begun to paint at a very juvenile age and his first works in oils designated day back to the first half of the eighties. He dedicated his investigations to the discovering of pictorial methods which would have a important leverage on his artistic formation. In 1993 after his departing school examinations in a research liceo, he moved to Rome where he worked as a restorer in the place of worship of San Francesco a Ripa. After an primary foray with landscapes and portraits, Bernardi turned in the direction of a completely new kind of realism nearly associated to Photorealism (Hyperrealism).
